Auriga Services is an independent charity that administers The Severn Trent Trust Fund
The Severn Trent Trust Fund offer help to customers of Severn Trent Water – thanks to generous donations from Severn Trent Water. Since 1997, The Trust Fund have helped over 300,000 people and want customers of Severn Trent Water to know there is help available.
The Trust Fund offers a wide range of options to support people when they need it most. This could include grants to help clear water debt, help with other type of debts, help with white goods (in exceptional circumstances) as well as welfare advice. Assessors look at all applications on a case-by-case basis, so it is important that all information is included when applying.
Any customer of Severn Trent Water can apply to the Trust Fund for help, it does not matter what your employment status is. You could be faced with a sudden change in circumstances due to a number of reasons – talk to them. The Severn Trent Trust Fund are there to help.
