BHBN FUNDRAISER
ASDA SUPERSTORE, SMALL HEATH.
14th JULY 2008

The usual small band of stalwarts turned out to raise funds for the network at
ASDA Small Heath.  A no frills P.A, bucket shake event with sweets for the kids, ensured no overheads and every penny raised going into the networks 'coffers'

Thanks to those attended, Chas Allen, Bob Bartlett, Dave Tysoe, Colin Monnaf,
Dave Horton, Debbie Mason, Paul Millington, Kelly Howles, Kevin Moore, Hannah Parry.

Paul 'The Teacher' Millington & Kelly Howells
completes the Great Midland Fun Run

"After much preparation Paul the Teacher and Kelly Howell pulled on their training shoes and ran in the Great Midlands Fun Run 2008. The 8.5 mile race was held on Sunday 1st June and took place in and around Sutton Park. The weather was kind again, not too hot or cold. A good time appeared to be had by all. Dave Elliott and Dave Tysoe were also at the race. Dave Elliott provided commentary at the start/finish and Dave Tysoe gave encouragement to runners as they passed 'The Bus' just before the 5 mile marker. Paul the Teacher and Kelly would like to say 'thank you' to all those that sponsored them."
